On a somewhat related side note, one of my two younger sisters — a vegetarian, no less — had a job once in Nebraska doing some sort of accounting for a ginormous cattle ranch. I recall her describing to me once how odd a feeling it was “accounting” for cows in metric tons.

I just finished perusing the complaint the ACLU filed last Monday against the director of the NSA in MI’s ED requesting declaratory and injunctive relief in the whole wire-tapping debacle. While I’m certainly by no means intimately familiar with FISA, it looks pretty well written overall.
